the hosts made me feel like I was visiting close family. They even surprised me with a special gesture. the room I was upgraded to was the largest I've ever stayed in. the location was super quiet and they provided free bikes to explore the town. the breakfast, consisting of toast, fruit, yogurt, and coffee. I highly recommend visiting Chitzen Itza in the morning to beat the crowds, and the host gave great tips on getting there early. Lastly, the traditional Mexican bakery around the corner was a delightful find.

Our stay at Hacienda Margot was incredible. The value for the money was exceptional, with a comfortable and clean room that exceeded our expectations. The location, while a bit outside the center, was perfect for relaxation and peaceful sleep. The staff, especially Margot and Lupe, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The pool was wonderfully clean and the free bicycles provided an extra perk for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

Spent Christmas at this amazing boutique hotel and it exceeded my expectations! The courtyard and pool were the best aspects, and my family loved spending time there. The spacious rooms were also a plus and accommodated all of our belongings. The staff were fantastic and hospitable, treating us like family. They even offered free bikes, which was a great way to explore the nearby town and its attractions. The location was just perfect, a peaceful oasis away from the bustling center.

The air conditioning was not working well upon our arrival and it took a while to cool off the room. The gate could have been locked at night or have a security camera for added safety.
